ALSDE Update - 21st CCLC - EOY Updates

The End Date of open/active 21st CCLC records will now be auto-populated with the Last Day of School term when EOY is processed, similar to the Non-Traditional type. After the EOY process is completed, the 21stCCLC checkbox will be unchecked, and start and End dates will be populated for students with existing records. Change history will be verified, and Who_Modified and When_Modified will be captured in the EOY hook.

Field-Level Security Behavior Update for School Year Options

When SCHOOLYEAROPTIONS field is set to Read-only in Field level Security, the field will only display the selected value when viewing any child records under on the Legislative Act page. This addresses the issue that was identified with this field displaying all values is read-only mode rather than just the selected value.

Discipline Action dates fields are mandatory

The Action Begin Date, Action End Date, and Actual End Date fields in the Discipline Action Entry form are now mandatory to ensure that essential date fields are filled out during the entry process.
