Enter Testing Status from the following options.
Code | Description |
|---|---|
P | Excused by parent from testing (WKCE and Alternate Assessments) at grades 4, 8, and 10. |
F | Not Tested because the student is a Section 504 student. |
T | Expected to take either regular WSAS assessments or WSAS alternate assessments in each of the content areas covered by WSAS. Use code "T" for all students not coded "P" or "F." |

X | Data Not Required; valid only for parent placed private students. |
