Student Programs
This view captures information about the program(s) a student participates in or is served by, and that is not published under Special Education, as published in the studentProgramAssociation resource. The layout includes the School Name, Student Number, Student Name, Grade Level, Program Name, Begin Date, End Date, Wisconsin Student Number, Last Publish Date, and the Publishing ID.

Selection Criteria
Records are published if the following criteria are met:
- The student's school of enrollment must not be excluded from state reporting.
- The student's school of enrollment must have an Ed-Fi State School number.
- The student's school of enrollment must have a WISEdata Reporting option.
- The student must not be excluded from state reporting.
- A student record has been published for the student.
- The studentUniqueId (Wisconsin Student Number/WISEid) must be populated in PowerSchool.
- The student must have at least one school enrollment with an entry date that falls on or within the date range defined by [Terms]FirstDay and [Terms]LastDay of the year for the Term selected in the PowerSchool UI.
- The enrollment exit date is greater than the entry date.
- Records for programs have their own specific criteria:
- ELL Served
- The student must be designated as ELL.
- The student is being served.
- Coordinated Early Intervening Services
- The student must be in grade KG - 12.
- The student must be receiving Early Intervening Services.
- Third Party – CESA
- The Third Party Agency Code must be marked as 'CESA.'
- Third Party – Other
- The Third Party Agency Code must be marked as 'Other.'
- 'Section 504 Placement'
- The student must be designated as Section 504.
- The student must be designated as Section 504.
- ELL Served
Resource Output
- A studentProgramAssociation is published for each student enrolled in the current school year who meets the selection criteria.
- The studentProgramAssociation resource is dependent on the prior publishing of the following resources: student and studentSchoolAssociation.
- The studentProgramAssociation is only published for public schools.
- LEAs and Schools may upload (publish) data to the ODS in real-time ("Run Now" button).

- There must be an IEP Begin Date and IEP End Date.
Resource Output
- A studentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation record is published for each student enrolled in the current school year who meets the selection criteria.
- The studentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation records publish from a single SpEnrollment record if the entry date is within the publishing year, or if the student has not exited from the previous year program, and the IEP end date is within the publishing year.
- If the exitDate is blank, and the IEP start date and IEP end date fall within different school years, a separate record is published with an endDate as the student's exit date of the school year in which the IEP start date falls and a reasonExitedDescriptor of "Continuing".
- The studentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation records publish from a single SpEnrollment record if the entry date is within the publishing year, or if the student has not exited from the previous year program, and the IEP end date is within the publishing year.
- The studentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation resource is dependent on the prior publishing of the following resources: student and studentSchoolAssociation.
