Selection Criteria

Records are published if the following criteria are met:

  • The school must not be excluded from state reporting.\

  • The school must have an Ed-Fi State School number.

  • The school must have a WISEdata Reporting option.

  • The course is offered during the year for the Term selected in the PowerSchool UI.

  • Prior to the 2018-19 school year, the course must have a valid Roster Code or CWCS Code.

  • The courseOfferings resource is not dependent on the prior publishing of other Ed-Fi resources.

  • LEAs and Schools may upload (publish) data to the Ed-Fi ODS in real time or on-demand (“Run Now” button).
