2025-26 Updates to Incident Management Action Attributes

The following new Action Attributes have been added to Incident Management in PowerSchool:

Each of these action attributes is required to be entered if either of CRDC: Physical Restraint and CRDC: Seclusion is selected as Yes.

2025-26 Updates to Incident Management Behavior Codes

The following Behavior Subcodes have been added in PowerSchool Incident Management under the Miscellaneous^ code. The State Detail Report Codes for each are mentioned below in parentheses.

(32) Abusive Conduct^
(33) Academic Dishonesty^
(34) Attendance Violation^
(35) Burglary^
(36) Trespass^
(37) Dress Code Violation^
(39) Electronic Device Misuse^
(40) Vandalism^
(41) Larceny or Theft^
(42) Inappropriate Language^
(43) Defiance or Disobedience^

The following Behavior Subcode has been added in PowerSchool Incident Management under the Substance^ code:

(38) Drug Paraphernalia^

The Behavior Subcode Sexual Assault^ (with state reportable code 02 under Assault^) has been deprecated in PowerSchool. The effective end date on this subcode has been set as 31st July 2025 in the district-level Incident Codes and Subcodes setup. This deprecation feature is only available on SIS Core version 25.5.0.0 or higher.

Note: These behavior subcodes will not be seeded if a code with the same state detail report code already exists under the same parent behavior code.
