All States/Provinces: PSJ Log Error Fix

The logging of errors related to Context Sensitive help in older versions of PowerSchool will now be suppressed. This will reduce the unnecessary error messages seen in the PSJ runtime log.

New Fields Related to Free and Reduced Price Meal Eligibility

The following new fields related to Free and Reduced Price Meal Eligibility are now available on the Student Lunch page under the State Information section.

• Free or Reduced-Price Eligibility Source
  Values

  • Blank (default) - Student does not have an eligibility determination

  • 01 - SNAP DC (for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)

  • 02 - Other DC (for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservation (FDPIR), State Foster, Homeless, Migrant, Runaway, Medicaid-free or Medicaid-reduced)

  • 03 - Categorical Application (SNAP, TANF, FDPIR, State Foster)

  • 04 - Income Application

• Program Start Date
  The date eligibility enrolled student was approved for free or reduced-price meal benefits by the school food authority for the current school year)

• Program End Date
  Date eligibility ended, during the current school year, for free or reduced-price meal benefits as determined by the school food authority.

• DWS SEBT Data Sharing Opt Out
  Values

  • Blank (default) (no information if applicable for students whose parent/guardian did not submit a free or reduced-price application)

  • N - No (the household has NOT opted out of data sharing)

  • Y - Yes (the household has opted out of data sharing)
