All States/Provinces: Ability to Favorite the Reports

Admins can now mark all types of Reports available under Compliance and Systems Reports as favorites.

All States/Provinces: Office Visit Details Report Update

The Office Visit Details report output is updated to return a message indicating “No records are found” if none of the students the report was run have qualifying Office Visit records.

Additionally, the report description has been updated to include the following verbiage:

“It will include students who had office visits during the specified date range.”

CTE Student Programs Submission Updates

CTE Student Programs Submission: Version 1.1

The following updates are made:

• The report is updated to include students that are part of a CTE Program regardless of whether they are taking a CTE course in the current year.

• A ‘No’ option is added to the following drop-downs on the CTE Credits Earned - New/Edit pages. The report will also populate a blank value with an N.

  • Completed Program Work-Based Learning Requirement

  • Completed Program Culminating Credentials Requirement

  • Completed Program Coursework Requirement

  • Program Completer

• The report is updated to honor the student’s Exclude from State Reporting Flag (students.stu.State_ExcludeFromReporting).
