PSSR-451186	All States/Provinces: Student Program Change History Update	Resolved an issue where the Change History link for the Student Programs category would not enable unless another category was also selected. The link now correctly activates immediately upon enabling the Student Programs category.
PSSR-452391	All States: CRDC 25-26 Sub District UI Update	The Sub-District compliance page has been updated for the 2025–2026 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) cycle. Streamlined data collection: Removed outdated NB-1 questions and moved Gender Identity sub-questions for HIBD-4, HIBD-5, and HIBD-6 to the Deprecated Fields section to keep historical records and simplify current reporting. New reporting indicators: Added the RSTS-1 section to track mechanical restraint, physical restraint, and seclusion for LEA students served in non-LEA facilities to meet new federal requirements.
PSSR-452084	Common: Discipline Incident Letters Update	Discipline Incident Letter Version: Resolved an issue where Discipline Incident Letters would display all action codes associated with an incident, even when configured to filter for a specific Action Code and with "Include All Actions" set to No. This ensures that parent correspondence accurately reflects only the intended disciplinary actions.
PSSR-449637	Compliance Reports Update	The Organization General Information (DN) extract is updated to remove the obsolete Kindergarten Birthday element. The Pre-ID Extract-Multiple File for KRA testing is updated to accurately display the error message on completed reports. The new functionality to allow for Legal Names on the Student Demographic (GI) and Pre-ID Ohio State Assessment Extract is updated to only include names not gender.
PSSR-453644	Discipline Log Entry Display Improvement	The Discipline Log Entry display for the Ohio details is improved for various size displays.
PSSR-453545	Graduation Pathways Enhancement	Graduation Pathways are enhanced to include the Test Name in the Industry Credential Tests display section.
PSSR-453546	Truancy and Chronic Improvements	The (DL) Grade Schedule Hours Per Day is improved to hour and minute entry, which eliminates rounding issues - PLEASE NOTE DISTRICTS MUST REENTER THESE ELEMENTS WITH THIS RELEASE for FY27. The Truancy/Chronic-OH screen is improved to separate the obsolete elements from current non-EMIS reportable intervention events and actions. The Truancy and Chronic Absenteeism Summary is improved to remove excused absence filter that is no longer applicable, filtering capability is enhanced to remove code sets that have applicable end dates and Action items can now display all as well as the most current by school or selection.
