State Reporting 26.8.2.0 Release Notes | PowerSchool SIS Compliance

PSSR-439554	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool version for State Reporting - 26.3.0.1 or higher	The minimum supported version on the PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 26.3.0.1 or later. For details, refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-433790	All States/Provinces: Office Visit Details Report	Office Visit Details Version: 1.4 This report has been corrected to display the visit details in descending order of visit date.
PSSR-377493	All States: CRDC 2023-2024 Report Update	CRDC Report (2023 2024) Version: 1.4 Updated CRDC PDF report skip-level logic for Preschool (PSCH) and related Student Discipline (DISC) Preschool elements. When a school is identified as a Preschool (PK) school, applicable Preschool data elements will now be reported as blank (null) rather than 0.
PSSR-370717	All States: CRDC Report (School PDF) Update	CRDC Report (2023-2023) The School PDF will no longer honor the NB-1 question; it will show data for non-binary students regardless of the flag. This question has also been removed from the CRDC District UI page.
PSSR-366694	All States: CRDC Report 2023-2024 (LEA and School CSVs) Update	CRDC Report (LEA & School CSVs) The column order of LEA and School CSV files has been updated to align with the CRDC specification layout.
PSSR-448552	Completed Reports Improvement	The Completed Reports Status is improved to display error indicators as expected.
PSSR-448546	Graduation Pathways Update	The Core Credit section of Graduation Pathways is updated to reflect Financial Literacy credit as expected.
PSSR-430001	Student Assessment (FA) Update	The Student Assessment (FA) is updated as follows: Assessment areas based on the most recent Ohio Department of Education and Workforce documentation for CTE Industry Credentials (GW), Advanced Placement (AP), CTE Technical (GY), Reading Diagnostic (RD) and Dyslexia (DS). Addition of the new Math Diagnostic (MD). Score not Reported valid options for Reading Diagnostics. Score options and wording for the CTE Technical Assessment. Remove FA Import functionality to exclude KG Reading Diagnostics as no longer applicable.
PSSR-438805	Student Attributes (FD) Update	The Student Attributes - Effective Date (FD) is updated to the current ODEW valid options for Disadvantagement and the Disability Condition language is updated to align with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC).
PSSR-430003	Student Discipline Update	The Incident Management and Log Entries Discipline Reporting is updated to the new Ohio guidelines as set forth by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.
