Student Infraction Updates

A new code “70 Referred to CYFD^” is added to Behavior Codes in Incident Management and will be added automatically when PowerSchool starts up after applying the update.

Note: If your district is using Log Entries, this code must be added manually at the following path:

Student Infraction Response Updates

NM Infraction Response Template: Version 2.4

The following new Action Codes are added to Incident Management Setup:

• 10 Restraint^

• 11 Seclusion^

• 12 Police Called (not Restrained/Secluded)^

The Action Code "DO NOT USE - 8 Other/Unknown^" has been updated to the following:

• 8 Other/Unknown^

Note: If your district is using Log Entries, the code updates must be added manually at the following path:

New Element - Administrator ID
The Student Infraction Response report is updated to pull the new Administrator ID column (SSN of a Teacher/Staff) and will be blank if the Response Code column is not 10, 11, or 12.

The Discipline Incidents Tracking Method determines the data source of the new Administrator ID column:

• Log Entries: Administrator ID is from the new Administrator ID field that has been added to the new/edit Log Entry page.

• Incident Management: Administrator ID is from a Staff assigned as a Reporter of an Incident.
