MB Elementary Bilingual Report Cards (1-6): Version 3.0

The report card has been updated to support students enrolled in the 101 Français Program within an English division. This enhancement introduces the new E1-6.LBF Learning Skills standard set, which includes theConstruction langagière (CL)andConstruction identitaire et culturelle (CIC)standards, along with support for the Français grade scale. The report has been updated to support French Immersion programs (codes 110, 111, 112). Course titles now display dynamically based on the language of instruction:

• French courses: Display in bilingual format (French(English))

• Art courses: Display using the Course Name (Bilingual) field when applicable

• English courses: Display in English only

General report card labels and layout remain in English, ensuring accurate provincial reporting alignment with instructional delivery.

When generating the MB Secondary Report Cards with the Print Cumulative Report Card option enabled, the report previously failed with an ORA-01489: result of string concatenation is too long error if the total combined teacher comments exceeded database string concatenation limits. The reporting logic has been updated to properly handle extended comment lengths across multiple terms, allowing the report cards to generate successfully without error.
