Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.16

The following updates have been made:

1. Now, when the report is run from the school level, all incidents a student may have (based on the report parameters) will be reported, regardless of the school they occurred at.

2. The Time Frame during which the incident occurred will be in the report output.

3. Longer school names will now print correctly on a single page in the report out (versus being split between two consecutive pages).

Enhanced XML report generation to include local course grades (OPT/OPTS) for MB Elementary Report Cards and Bulletin Scolaire (Grades 1–6 and 7–8). All enrolled course grades, including Local Option courses with subject marks only and with category marks, are now consistently printed in XML reports, aligning XML output with the PDF report cards.
