MB Chronic Absenteeism Report: Version 1.9 The MB Chronic Absenteeism Report has been updated to validate all extract fields against Ministry-defined maximum length rules during report generation. Previously, the report could fail at runtime with a database error (ORA-12899) if a data value, such as a student's legal last name, exceeded the allowed field length. Fields that exceed the Ministry’s maximum length are now automatically truncated, preventing report failures. |
