All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Update for Multiple Levels of Behavior Codes

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.12

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now report up to three levels of behavior codes and subcodes correctly.

Known Issue: In PowerSchool, it is possible to create up to five levels of behavior codes. Due to a known issue, 4th and 5th level codes do not get associated correctly in the database making accurately reporting codes to these levels impossible. Once this known issue is addressed in a future Core update, this report will be updated to handle 4th and 5th level codes correctly.

MB Elemntary Report Cards (1-6) - Fix for Missing Line Break in Standard and Teacher Comments

MB Elementary Report Cards (1-6): Version 7.5
MB Elementary Bilingual Report Cards (1-6): Version 2.3
MB Bulletin scolaire (1-6): Version 4.6

When a student is flagged with EAL and/or IEP, the report prints the standard comment before the teacher’s comments. However, the standard comment was missing the required newline character, causing the teacher’s comments to appear immediately after it without proper spacing.

A newline character has been added after the standard comment. Teacher comments now appear on a separate line as intended, improving clarity and overall comment formatting.

MB Secondary Report Card – Attendance Totals Calculation Fix

MB Secondary Report Cards: Version 6.5
MB Secondary Bilingual Report Cards: Version 1.8
MB Bulletin scolaire (9-12): Version 4.2

An issue where Attendance Totals on the secondary report card were calculated only up to the earliest term end date when multiple terms were selected. This could result in fewer absences being reported. The report has been updated to calculate attendance using the end date of the term associated with the section, ensuring accurate attendance totals.
