MB Chronic Absenteeism Report Logic Updated

MB Chronic Absenteeism Report: Version 1.7

MB Chronic Absenteeism Report logic for calculating the below output fields has been updated:

Elementary Students: 'Last Known Date Present In-School' now displays the last in-session day the student was present within the collection period. This field will remain blank for Secondary students.
Secondary Students: 'Last Known Date Present In Course' now displays the last in-session day the student was present in class within the collection period. This field will remain blank for Elementary students.
