Elementary Report Card (7-8): Layout Fix and Learning Behaviour Description Limits

Resolved an issue in the Elementary Report Card (Grades 7–8) where the first page for French Immersion students was overflowing onto the second page. The layout now fits correctly on a single page. This issue occurs when local options learning behaviors are defined. The following character limits apply:

• If only the First Local Option is defined, its description can be up to approximately 170 characters.

• If both the First and Second Local Options are defined, their combined descriptions must fit within four lines on the report card, with each line limited to approximately 40 characters.

MB Student Suspension and Expulsion Report under Student Data Reports

MB Student Suspension and Expulsion: Version 1.0

A new report, MB Student Suspension and Expulsion Report, is added under Student Data Reports. This report lists students suspended or expelled based on Incident Management data. It generates a spreadsheet file with two sheets:

• Suspension Sheet: Includes all incidents where the State Aggregate Report Code is ISS (In-School Suspension) or OSS (Out-of-School Suspension).

• Expulsion Sheet: Includes all incidents where the State Aggregate Report Code is EXP (Expulsion).
