MB Chronic Absenteeism Report

MB Chronic Absenteeism Report: Version 1.0

The new Chronic Absenteeism report is designed to assist Divisions in reporting Severe Chronic Absenteeism to the Ministry multiple times a year, specifically in November and February.

Severe Chronic Absenteeism is defined as unexcused absences for 20 or more classes in a single high school course or 20 percent or more of instructional days in Kindergarten to Grade 8 in a reporting period.

To access the Chronic Absenteeism report, navigate to the Compliance Reports page. This report can be run at both the school level and the district office, allowing you to generate reports for multiple or all schools within your division. The report produces an Excel output file.
