The compliance statement for the third dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine has been revised to indicate non-compliance if the third dose is given before 52 days (with a grace period) of the second dose.

An error was generated when running Elementary Report Cards with course numbers greater than 6 characters. Elementary Reports Cards have been enhanced to support the maximum length of course number. The maximum length for course numbers is now 11 characters.
