Massachusetts Reports in Powerschool
PowerSchool for Massachusetts provides a wide variety of Massachusetts-specific reports. The table below lists these reports by report type. Tip: Click a report type link to go to that report section.
The report description table includes the following elements:
- Report Name – Name of the report as seen in PowerSchool.
- Description – The purpose of the report.
- Due Date / Cycle – The timeframe during which the report is submitted to the state.

Education Personnel Information Management System (EPIMS) Extracts | ||

This report calculates and updates the Massachusetts Ethnicity and Race Code (MA ER Code) for staff members based on each staff member's Federal race and ethnicity settings. This functionality was previously part of the SIMS Student Data Update Report but is now incorporated into a new staff only standalone report. The MA ER Code calculation for students remains in the SIMS Student Data Update Report. | As needed | |
