The Work Assignment Record (WAR) builder creates WAR records for each section where the course and section are not excluded from EPIMS and a WAR record does not exist.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Course Selection
The report selects records from the [Courses] table where the course record is not excluded from EPIMS reporting and a WAR record does not currently exist for the course and its related section.
Sections Selection
The report selects records from the [Sections] table where the section record is not excluded from EPIMS reporting and a WAR records does not currently exist for the course and its related section.
The Term of the selection must be a term in the currently selected school year.
Prerequisite
You must complete the Years and Terms Mapping to map the local Term IDs to the state-required Term IDs for each school in your district prior to building the WAR records. You can find this option via Start Page > District Setup > Schools/School Info > Edit School page. Scroll to the Massachusetts State Information area at the bottom of the page. Refer to the District Setup for more information.
For example, for the 2010-2011 school year, the term ID "2010-2011 School Year" needs to be mapped to the state-assigned Term "Full School Year (FULL) (01)". You must enter a record to designate the state assigned Term Code to extract for that term.

Specific Date/Time |
Enter a date using the format mm/dd/yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy in order to run the report on a specific day. The incorrect format displays an alert and the date field is submitted as a blank entry. Use the pop-up menus to schedule the report to be run at a specific hour and minute. Example: 7/29/2008 @ 10 AM : 05. |
