The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 24-25 school year are now available. These include the following:

Data Collection:

• Updated staff and student data collection.

• A new Middle Eastern/North African racial reporting category.

Report Updates:

• The Diocese and School Summary Forms has been updated to match the 24-25 specifications

Other Fixes:

• NCEA Diocese Summary Report now completes successfully when a student has two or more races and when one of them is not mapped to the NCEA race category.

1. D57 Neglected/Delinquent dropdown includes the “0 = Not a Neglected/Delinquent Student” value.

2. If the D57 field is blank then 0 will extracted in the TEST and EOYA report.
