State Reporting 21.4.2.0 Release Notes

Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.1
As the fields listed were changed to multi-select in PowerSchool version 21.4, the Office Visit Clinic Log is updated to handle multiple saved values for the Outcome field.
The report works as expected for districts that upgrade to PowerSchool version 21.4 as well as previously supported versions of PowerSchool.

A new data collection 'Accelerated Placement' added to the Course page similar to the Accelerated Placement field on the Gifted tab at Student Level.

Navigation: Start Page > District Setup > Courses

IL Language Codes now include the following:

• Fon (200)
• Sangho (201)
• Kabiyè (Kabye) (202)
• Belize Kriol English (203)

Fields that will display new language codes are:

• Language of Instruction
• Home Language Code
• Native Language Code

Health and Immunization - DIPHTHERIA, TETANUS, PERTUSSIS (DTP/DTaP)

New Vaccine rules have been created for Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (DTP/DTaP) on the Health page to set the student compliant or non-compliant. You must be running PowerSchool 20.4 or later and navigate to Start Page > District Setup > District Information > IL Health and Immunization Codes and Subcodes Setup select the check box and submit. Once this is completed the Codeset will be seeded on the next ReportSchemaUpdate (hourly process) or on startup.

IL College and Career Report: Version 1.1
The error is avoided by changing the field 'GPA Method used to report GPA' to a Dropdown Input Field which was a list box Field previously.

New Standard Mapping page created to identify Standards that are required to be reported in IL Course Assignment report

Navigation: Start Page > District > IL State Reporting Information > IL Standards Mapping

School Info Page: A new data collection 'Accelerated Placement' added which is similar to the Accelerated Placement field on the Gifted tab at Student Level.

Location: Start Page > District Setup > Schools/School Info > [Select a school] > Edit School

Gifted and Accelerated page updates: Accelerated Placement dropdown has a new default value named “Select an option"

Navigation: Start Page > [Select a student] > Illinois State Information > Gifted

A new data collection 'Accelerated Placement' added to the Sections page similar to the Accelerated Placement field on the Gifted tab at Student Level.

Navigation: Start Page > School Setup > [Select a section] > Edit Section

On the New/Edit Physical Restraint/Time Out page, Event Types codes - 'MR' and 'SE' have been disabled and moved to the bottom of the list. This is done since ISBE does not support these codes. Existing records with these codes have been retained.
