State Reporting 21.8.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-259988	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 20.11.1.0	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated. This can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 20.11.1.0 or later. For details refer PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-269849	All States/Provinces: Contact Relationship Details Enterprise Report Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-270776, PSSR-260290 Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0 Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes: Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record. Added second email address. Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert. Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table. Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields. Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.
PSSR-258130	All States/Provinces: Contact Tracing Report Update - Attendance Data	Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4 The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).
PSSR-270782	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.2 The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.
PSSR-269720	IL - EL Screener Report Updates (SRP)	IL - EL Screener Report: Version 1.0 IL EL Screener Report is converted to SRP. Additionally, the issue of data duplication in subsequent runs at the district level is now fixed.
PSSR-271605	IL Demo and Correct tabs update	The Gender dropdown will now support an option of 'Non-Binary' gender on Student's State tabs - Demo and Correct tabs. Note - The 'Non-Binary' gender needs to be added in District > Codesets > Gender codeset. The 'Reported Value' for Non-Binary should be '03' or 'N'.
PSSR-238319	IL Health and Immunizations Update	New Exemption Types are added for Alternate Proof of Immunity. All the IL-specific state reportable Exemption Types are now updated with the ‘State Report Code’ values. You must be running PowerSchool 20.4 or later and navigate to Start Page > District Setup > District Information > IL Health and Immunization Codes and Subcodes Setup select the check box and submit. Once this is completed the Codeset will be seeded on the next ReportSchemaUpdate (hourly process) or on startup. Refer to the online guide for seeded values.
PSSR-271606	IL State Report update for reporting Non-Binary Gender	The following IL State Reports are updated to report Non-Binary gender - IL Demographics Enrollment: Version 1.2 IL Demographics and Early Childhood *SY 2021: Version 1.2 Note: The ‘Reported Value’ field has to be updated as follows for every gender at District > Codesets > Gender codeset > Add/Edit code - Female = ‘01’ or 'F' Male = '02' or 'M' Non-Binary = '03' or 'N' If you are unable to update the Reported Value for Gender codeset, please reach out to the Support team.
