All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile (System Report) Update

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.1
The Attendance Profile report PDF library is updated and the pagination from ‘Page X of Y’ to ‘Page X’.

Additionally, due to the large PDF size that can result if the report is run for a large selection of students, a validation is added to the report page to restrict the number of students to 200.

Schema errors for Vaccines will no longer be logged when the pre-requisite of SR_SetHealthCodesFlag has not been set.

IL College and Career Report: Required Data Setup update

College and Career Report: Version 1.2
The College and Career Report’s Required Data Setup is corrected to match the below sentences.

1. Review the Illinois State Reporting Guide and confirm that all required student information has been entered.

2. Students must be grade 9, 10, 11, or 12.

3. Students with an exit date before an entry date will not be included in the report.

4. This report only includes students who are included in State Reporting.

5. This report only includes students whose enrollments are from schools that are included in State Reporting.

IL Course Assignment: version 1.4

IL Course Assignment report is updated to support Standard-based grades when run with the report option ‘Include standards-based grades’ as Yes.

Please note,
Only those standards that are selected from ‘District > Standards Mapping’ will be pulled in the report.
The Course must not be excluded from SCA/OCA/TCA Reports.

IL Student Attendance Report V2: Version 2.5

The report now accommodates correct attendance for students with hybrid schedules who attend 50% in-person and 50% E-learning for the same day.

Alert for incomplete Sub-District Configuration

Description:
Sub-District functionality has been updated and now end users will be alerted if Sub-District functionality is enabled but the following setup steps have not been completed:

• No Sub-Districts have been defined.

• One or more schools have not been assigned to a Sub-District. This logic does not apply to schools that are excluded from state reporting.

In either case, the following message will display:

• Sub-District functionality is enabled but the setup is incomplete. All schools not excluded from state reporting must be assigned to a sub-district.
