Special Ed Students Report - Logic Updates for Extended School Year Students

Special Education Students Report: Version 4.7

The Special Education Students Report is now enhanced to report the SEStatus as “A” and SEExitReason as “10” for Extended School Year students.

It needs to be made sure that the Program Exit Reason for such programs is 10 and the Program End Date is either blank or is on or after the End Date in the report input parameters. If the end date is blank in the report input parameters, then the Program End Date should be on or after the date on which the report is being run.

The Idaho State Specific Information fields will now display correctly on the Student Enrollment pages. This update fixes the issue of Idaho State Specific information not showing up for certain school districts.
