New District and School-level Inputs for the Default Value of isBusRider

A default value of Is Bus Rider can now be set from the District Info and School Info pages for all students in that district or school.

Navigation:

• Student-level field: Start Page, Select Student, Student Profile, Demographics, Idaho State Information, Is Bus Rider

• School-level field: Start Page, District Management, School Info, Select School, Idaho State Specific School Information, Default value of Is Bus Rider

• District-level field: Start Page, District Management, District Info, State Information, Default value of Is Bus Rider

For reporting purposes, the school field overrides the district-level field, and the student field overrides the school field.

Student Demographics Report - Logic Update for isBusRider

Student Demographics Report: Version 9.2

The logic for extracting the isBusRider field in the ISEE Student Demographics report has been updated as follows:

• If the student-level value of Is Bus Rider is blank, the value extracts based on the school-level default value of the field

• If the student-level and the school-level value are both blank, then the value extracts based on the district-level default value of the field

• If the student-level, school-level, and district-level values are all blank, then default the value to “Y”
