Assignment Code Updates

Assignment Codes have been updated for the following Assignments in PowerSchool to comply with the latest ISEE updates:

• 201140 Aircraft Maintenance I (previous code: 200530)

• 201141 Aircraft Maintenance II (previous code: 200531)

• 201142 Aircraft Maintenance III (previous code: 200532)

These changes will also update any existing data where any of these assignments were present.

Calculate Section Level FTE Report - Exclusion Logic Updates

Calculate Section Level FTE Report: Version 1.5

The Calculate Section Level FTE report has been updated to exclude the following sections:

• Sections that never had any students enrolled

• Sections where the only enrollments in them are no-show enrollments

• Sections where the only enrollments in them didn’t span any in-session days

Student Settings Export: Version 1.3

Subject field values will now be appended with a leading digit so that the following values are reported in the field

• 1 ELA-CAT

• 2 ELA-PT

• 3 Math (CAT & PT)

• 4 Science

• 5 IDAA ELA

• 6 IDAA Math

• 7 IDAA Science
