The CRDC 23-24 Report failed because of the minimum length constraints on the course name and number fields. This issue has now been resolved.

CRDC 23-24 - ENRL-2a and ENRL-2b Logic Updates

CRDC Report 2023-2024: Version 1.0.2

ENRL-2b is now defined as a subset of ENRL-2a. For ENRL-2a, enrollment of all English Learner students is considered, regardless of their enrollment in English Learner Programs.

For ENRL-2b, only English Learner students enrolled in EL programs are included. This is differentiated based on the LEP Status. To count in ENRL-2a, the student program record should have LEP status as L1, LE, X1, X2, X3, X4, or FL. To count in ENRL-2b, the student program should have LEP status as L1 or LE.

CRDC Report 23-24 - SSPR-2 Updates

CRDC Report 2023-2024: Version 1.4

The Student CRDC page now has a field to indicate whether the Student was part of a non-LEA facility. The Student level field works in conjunction with the school-level field (on the School CRDC page which indicates that the school is a non-LEA facility). Now, students can be marked as non-LEA students even when the school they are enrolled in is not marked as a non-LEA facility.
