StudentSchoolEnrollment references StudentPersonal and SchoolInfo. Enrollment-specific Iowa fields are selected from the current enrollment or reenrollment record.

The enrollment selection includes records whose course enrollment date is on or before the latest in-session day. This corrects the previous strict less-than comparison and allows enrollment occurring on the final in-session day to publish.
