P01 - Student Class 2019-2020 Report Update

P01 - Student Class 2019-2020 Version 1.1
The report logic for extracting alpha grade and numeric grade columns for a dropped class is updated as follows:

While running in Percent Mode, for a dropped course,

• If numeric grade is populated and alpha grade is blank, numeric grade and alpha grade are both extracted as blank.

• If numeric grade is populated and alpha grade is populated, numeric grade and alpha grade are both extracted as populated.

• If numeric grade is blank and alpha grade is populated, numeric grade is extracted as blank and alpha grade is extracted as populated.

• If numeric grade is blank and alpha grade is blank, numeric grade is extracted as blank and alpha grade is extracted as Z.

While running in Grade Mode, for a dropped course,

• If numeric grade is populated and alpha grade is blank, numeric grade is extracted as blank and alpha grade is extracted as Z.

• If numeric grade is populated and alpha grade is populated, numeric grade is extracted as blank and alpha grade is extracted as populated.

• If numeric grade is blank and alpha grade is populated, numeric grade is extracted as blank and alpha grade is extracted as populated.

• If numeric grade is blank and alpha grade is blank, numeric grade is extracted as blank and alpha grade is extracted as Z.

Require Ability to Import Special Education Student Data

Special Education Import Template: Version 1.0
A new import template named Special Education is available under the Imports section of Start Page > System Reports > State tab. You can now import the file received from the vendor to update the applicable student fields by GTID.

Note: Improved error handling will be provided in a future release.

The import template is updated to include validation of the importing file's type.

Also, import logic is modified so that the fields Primary Area, All Special Education Services, and Special Ed Environment are not updated in PowerSchool if the values are blank in the import file.

On the Course Enrollment Data Page, the Inclusion Codes column and the Special Education Delivery Model column are now adjacent to each other.
