'PSO/Dual Enrollment Institution Code' Field to be Displayed When TeacherID = 77000XXXX in Historical Grade Page

Historical Grades
In all Entry pages (Single Entry, Multiple Entry, and Edit existing entries) the field PSO/Dual Enrollment Institution Code will be displayed for both the Teacher ID values 77000XXXX and 77700XXXX.

GA - Pre-ID/MSU (2020-21): Version-1.3
The HTTP error while downloading the report has been fixed. The report will now generate the output and display the "No data found" message if there is no data for the given input.

Pre-ID/MSU (2020-21): Ver-1.4
This issue is fixed. The Pre-ID/MSU Report will now be download in .csv and .txt extension format file based on the report input parameter Field Delimiter.

Student Level Record Layout (C01) 20-21 Report Updates

C01 - Student Level (2020-21) Version: 1.0
A new C01 report has been implemented to comply with the GA DOE C01 data collection requirements for 2020-21.
The C026 Field (position 87) will be displayed as filler for the 2020-21 report.
The report C01 - Student Level (2018-19) has been discontinued.
The report C01 - Student Level (2019-20) has been moved to the Legacy section.

Student Level Record Layout (C01) 20-21 UI Updates

The following updates were made in the UI so that C01extract is in compliance with GA DOE 20-21 requirements.
1. Dropdown option 51 in the Residency and origin Information section and El/ESOL on the student information page was obsoleted for 20-21 term years and moved to the end of the list.
2. Diploma type field value "Entered 9th Grade before FY2009" is obsoleted on the Georgia Student Information page.

The Clock In/Clock Out Report has been updated and will report multiple Time In and Time Out values, on a single day, if they exist.

Contact Tracing Report Update - Incident Management Data Grouping

Contact Tracing Report Version: 1.3
The Contract Tracing report has been updated and can now pull data from Incident Management. When this data grouping is selected, the following points will be extracted:

• Name

• Student/Staff Indicator

• Student Number

• Grade Level

• School Abr

• Incident Date

• Incident ID

• Incident Title

• Incident School Abr

• Contact Name

• Phone Number

The parameter has been brought in a single row which says "Include" and the user can check the option "Class", "Busing" and "Incident"
