20-21 Student Class Data Collection - Report Update

The Student Class Data Collection has been updated to the 20-21 year requirements and has been renamed to include the year 20-21.

• Changes include extracting a Marking Period starting with 'F' for class sections having a term that span 1/6 portion of the school year.

• The report will extract the newly added Inclusion Code value of 3 set on the Course/Section/All Enrollments pages when appropriate.

GA: 20 - 21 FTE UI Updates

Current Enrollment:
The Student Status field on the Georgia State Information section on the Edit current enrollment page has been updated with new values. New values are;

• 'W' - Withdrawn

• ‘C’ - Child Find

General Info Tab:
The Student Primary Language field appearing on the General Info tab has been made a mandatory field.
The existing validation for the Student Primary Language field when the System of residence field is set to "801" has been removed.

General Info Tab > Special Education:
ALL IEP field appearing on the Special Education Tab under the General Info tab has been updated with a new label and drop down values. The new label is IEP Services and the dropdown values are:

• 'Y' - Special Education qualified student is receiving IEP SERVICES

• 'N' - Special Education qualified student is not receiving any IEP SERVICES and is not enrolled in public school.

FTE October/March (2020-21): Version 1.0

A new report has been created to report the FTE data for Cycle1 and Cycle 3 for FY 20-21 with the following updates.

• Report Type field is updated with a logic to check Student Status ie; when the student status in Current/Previous enrollment is Child Find, then report type will extract value S.

• A new field Title3Served has been introduced in the field position 131 to show value Y if the ESOL participation and Title III fields on the student EL section is checked. Otherwise, values will be an N.

• School Entry date field has been discontinued.
