Updates on FTE October/March (2020-21) Report

FTE October/March (2020-21) Report Version: 1.1
The following updates are introduced for the fields:

The Non-ESOL field in Position 149-150 is updated to extract two-digit values. Example: 01 instead of 1.
GAA field in position 200 is updated to extract blank if the student status is 'C' or 'W' or if the report type is 'R'.
Event Code and Event Date field appearing in from position 187 to 196 are updated to extract the value even if the student exits before the school starts. Other existing logic for this field remains the same.

Always Publish FTE Student Status of C Even When a Student has Exited

FTE October/March (2020-21) Update: Version 1.2

If a student has a Student's Status field value of "(C) Child Find" selected on the transfer info page for the applicable enrollment record, a value of C now extracts on the report for the status, even if the student is withdrawn.
