Ed-Fi Framework: Optimized Student Publishing Selection

When publishing Ed-Fi data for selected students, the system now processes only the specific schools where those students have an active enrollment, re-enrollment, or course schedule record for the current school year. Previously, student selection requests evaluated all schools within the district regardless of enrollment status. This update eliminates unnecessary background processing and significantly improves publishing speed and efficiency.

Ed-Fi Framework: Publish All Staff Records

District administrators can now publish all eligible staff data - including previously unpublished records directly from the staff publishing page.

Publish All Records: A new Publish All Records button is available on the Staff > Data Exchange > Publishing page alongside the existing Republish Records option. Selecting this option submits all eligible data across all enabled Ed-Fi resources for the selected staff member, capturing both new/unpublished records and existing entries.

PSSR-449716

Ed-Fi Framework: Publishing Dependency Updates

School publishing now automatically waits for the associated LEA publish to complete in Ed-Fi, preventing concurrent publishing errors.

PSSR-450753

Ed-Fi Framework: Updates to Org Id Format

Updated the Ed-Fi Self Service publishing process so that localEducationAgencyId, schoolId, and educationOrganizationId are formatted as numeric values rather than text strings. Any leading zeroes are now automatically stripped prior to publishing.
