In the UI Navigation for District Management, under District Info and Compliance, if the field "Use Final Grades Setup" is checked, the terms will be sourced from the Final Grade Setup page.

For example, if this page lists terms such as Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 under the "Full Year" section, the Term Info Ref IDs for these terms will be published as an array. This array will include all terms for the full year, specifically Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4.
