The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 25.1 or later. For details refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.

NY 2025-26 DOE Updates: Create new field email address in Student Lite report

Student Lite Extract (SFTP): Version 5.0

• A new field, EmailAddress, has been added to the Student Lite report.

• A new checkbox, Include Parent/Guardian Email Address in Reports, has been added under District Management, District Setup, District Info.

• If this checkbox is unchecked, the email address will not be included in the report.

• A new field, PARENT/GUARDIAN EMAIL ADDRESS, has also been added to the Student Lite (Demographics) page.

If the checkbox is checked, the report will populate the email address in the following order of priority:

1. Checks the PARENT/GUARDIAN EMAIL ADDRESS field in the Student Lite (Demographics) page.

2. If empty, checks the Contact Management page for the first contact with the Custody flag and a valid email.

3. If still empty, checks the Guardian Info page for the guardian's email.

If no email is found in any of the above, the field will be reported as blank.
