All States: Logic Updates to the CRDC Loader Report Output

• The Loader Report output will now display a detailed list of the school(s) for which the report has been run.

• If the Loader Report is run for the District Office, it will list all the schools associated with the district, each appearing on a separate line.

All States: Deprecated CRDC System Report

The CRDC Report from the System Report has now been removed to avoid confusion. The CRDC Reports are only available for the required states under the Compliance Reports or the State Reports screen.

The logic of DISC-23 has been fixed and it will no longer consider a student who doesn’t have the race/ethnicity or a gender entered.

Update Start and End times validation on Physical Restraint/Time Out Page

The Physical Restraint/Time Out Page has been enhanced to ensure that it is not allowed to set the Start and End Times to the same value. Changes are as follows:

• Start Time validation: If the Start Time entered is greater than or equal to the End Time, and the End Time field is not empty, a clear and informative message, "Start Time must be less than End Time," will be displayed under the Start Time field.

• End Time validation: If the End Time entered is less than or equal to the Start Time, and the Start Time field is not empty, a helpful message, "End Time must be greater than Start Time," will be displayed under the End Time field.
