Added new code 75 - Out of State to the County of Residence field on the Student Lite (Demographics) page.
Updated the description of standard achieved code 86 from COVID Exemption to Exemption. The Assessment Fact Extract (SFTP) report has been updated to fetch the new description of standard achieved code 86.
