PSSR-358606	All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Attribute Display Update	Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.6 The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and now, when an attribute is entered/assigned to an incident, participant, or action, it will be reported as follows: Text/Numeric/Date attributes - The saved text/numeric/date value will be displayed to the right of the respective attribute name. Yes/No - The saved Yes/No value will be displayed to the right of the respective attribute name. Select - If the attribute checkbox is checked, the name of the attribute will be displayed in the report output name.
PSSR-344863	Course Instructor Assignment - Update to Instructor Type Code	Course Instructor Assignment (SFTP): Version 3.3 The update to the INSTRUCTOR TYPE CODE for the Course Instructor Assignment now allows users to report Substitute teachers working more than 40 continuous days in the school. These substitutes will serve as teachers of record until a permanent teacher is available. Users can also report College individuals acting as instructors of record for courses offered through an approved institution of higher education.
PSSR-354156	New eScholar Student Restraint Report Implementation	Student Restraint Event Report (SFTP) : Version 1.0 The Student Restraint Event Report now allows users to generate a CSV format report detailing physical restraint, timeout, allegations of corporal punishment, mechanical restraint, aversive interventions, prone physical restraint, and seclusion to the Department of Education. The report includes student data based on selected input parameters and student selection rules.
PSSR-356805	New Instructor Type field - DOE Updates 2024-2025	Additional References: PSSR-356813 A new Instructor Type file has been added to the Staff Demographics page and the sections page for individual students. This field is used to populate field #15 “Instructor_type_code in the Course Instructor Assignment extract.
PSSR-355511	Program Fact - Updating Program Code Description	To reflect the latest DOE guidelines, we have made enhancements to the Student > Program Fact page. Specifically, we have updated the description for program code 8271 to "CDOS Credential Eligible Coursework/Test." While this update affects the description, the program code value (8271) remains unchanged.
PSSR-351728	Student Class Entry Exit Extract Has Wrong District Code For Charter School	Report Name : Student Class Entry Exit (SFTP) 2.4 Student Class Entry Exit Extract is enhanced to pickup the correct district code for Charter schools while running from district office.
PSSR-356677	Student Class Grade Detail Extract (SFTP) Becomes Stuck On Running Status	Student Class Grade Detail Extract (SFTP): Version 4.4 Report has been fixed & running successfully with correct results.
PSSR-354667	Unable To Create a New Calendar Via Batch School Setup	The issue preventing the creation of a new calendar via Batch School Setup, which previously led to a 500 internal server error, has been resolved. Calendars now save successfully without errors.
