Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.11

The Attendance Profile Report has received the following updates:

• The report will now display appropriately when a student has no absences or tardies.

• The report will now correctly display the total tardy count in the header for each student.

All States/Provinces: CDC Hep B Vaccine Update - 4 Day Grace Period

The Hep B CDC compliance logic has been updated and now the minimum time intervals between doses will all honor the 4 day grace period.

The Meningococcal (MenACWY) CDC compliance logic has been updated and students who received their first dose on or after the age of 16 will now be marked as compliant.

Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.4

The Office Visit Clinic report has been updated and now the report will sort output records by date.

All States/Provinces: Student Birthday List Report Updates

Student Birthday List Report: Version 1.3

The Student Birthday List is updated with a new parameter, Include Inactive Students, with a default value of No. Any student with an exit date before the current date will be considered inactive and will not be included in the report.

Assessment Fact Extract (SFTP) Report - Added new Test Description and Item Descriptions

Assessment Fact Extract (SFTP) Report: Version 3.17

New Test Description and Item Descriptions are added for Test Description: “ADV”.
“College and Career Readiness” and “Regents Alternatives” Test Descriptions are moved to No longer used.

Test Descriptions and Item Descriptions are sorted alphabetically in School, District and Reports page.

Student Lite Extract UI - New Value Added to the 53. CAREER PATH CODE List - Ministry Updates - 2024-2025

To meet the new 2024-2025 reporting requirements for the Student Lite Extract, the following changes are done:

• A new value “(IAAP) Individual Arts Assessment Pathway” is added in the dropdown 53. CAREER PATH CODE in the Demographics (Student Lite) page.

• The list is updated in Alphabetical Order with the exception of “Not set” first in the list and “(None) No Pathway” last in the list followed by “No longer used”.

• The code will be reported in the “Student Lite Extract” Report.
