Discipline Incident Letters Report

This report generates letters for discipline incidents based on data from the Incident Management module. To print letters, the report uses templates set up for each school at the district level. Multiple templates can be defined for each school.

Assessment Fact for National Assessment Instrument Results Extract

This extract is used to report national assessment instrument results at one grade level each in elementary and middle school data as defined by the Nebraska Department of Education (NDE).

Assessment Fact Extract

This extract is used to track Assessment Fact data as defined by the Nebraska Department of Education (NDE).

Assessment Response Extract

This is used to track specific Assessment Response data as defined by the Nebraska Department of Education (NDE).

Curriculum Extract

This extract is used to report course information on all teachers including elementary and preschool teachers. It is an NDE extract and is used to meet the NCLB Qualified as well as reporting requirements for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act on connecting students to course to classes to individual teachers.

Post School Survey Extract

This extract is used to report postgraduate information for students who graduated during the previous school year.

Programs Fact Extract

This extract tracks student enrollment in Career Education, Early Childhood, Homeless, and Rule 18 Interim programs.

School Enrollment Extract

This extract is used to track student school enrollments. The extract is generated in a comma-delimited format.

Special Education Snapshot Extract

This snapshot is used to track students with verified disabilities.

Staff Demographics Extract

This extract is used to track staff members in order submit staff data to the Nebraska Student and Staff Record System (NSSRS).

Staff Position Assignment Extract

This extract is used to track staff assignments.

Student and Student Snapshot Extracts

These extracts are used to track student demographic and academic information in order to submit the data to the Nebraska Student and Staff Record System (NSSRS).

Student Summary Attendance Extract

This is a summary report of the total days present, total days absent, and days enrolled for a student.

Student Grades Extract

This is a summary report of the grades for students in grade levels KG through 12 for courses completed during the school year. 

Title I Extract

This extract is used to track the various Title I services that may be received by a student.

Unique ID State ID Request File

This file is used to request state assigned identification numbers for one or more students.
