Additional setup is required to publish the Enrollment and Parent Guardian sections of the K12 Student resource.

• Refer to the Additional District Setup for Entry and Exit Codes section.

• Refer to the Additional District Setup for Parent Guardian section.

The K12 Student Resource is updated, and this can now be scheduled to publish changes once daily.

1. The K12 Student resource appears under the ON DEMAND Category.

2. Customers can publish immediately using the Run Now option.

3. Customers can run it daily to publish the changes using the Schedule option.

Note: Customers must use the Publish Changes option.
