Student Personal report updates 2025-26

Student Personal Version: 2.3

The Student Personal report has been updated to match the new changes provided by DOE for 2025-26

Renamed fields (SchoolStudentID, LocalStudentID, Alias, PreferredName, HomePhone - Phone Number).
Removed SSN and NameSuffix.
Updated SEX to print Male/Female.
Added Suffix and PhysicalAddressCountry fields.
Validated column lengths.

Student State ID: 25-26 Changes

New State ID: Version - 1.7

The State ID Report was updated per Maine DOE 25–26 requirements:

Added SchoolID (with Override School ID precedence) and ResidentTownGeoCode.
Renamed School Student ID to Local ID and Gender to SEX (prints Male/Female).
Added Suffix field.
Validated column lengths for all fields.
