The report now correctly displays SAUID using the first 4 digits of the District or Sub-District AUN, based on configuration.

Student Personal report updates 2025-26

Student Personal Version: 2.3

The Student Personal report has been updated to match the new changes provided by DOE for 2025-26

  • Renamed fields (SchoolStudentID, LocalStudentID, Alias, PreferredName, HomePhone - Phone Number).

  • Removed SSN and NameSuffix.

  • Updated SEX to print Male/Female.

  • Added Suffix and PhysicalAddressCountry fields.

  • Validated column lengths.

Student State ID: 25-26 Changes

New State ID: Version - 1.7

The State ID Report was updated per Maine DOE 25–26 requirements:

  • Added SchoolID (with Override School ID precedence) and ResidentTownGeoCode.

  • Renamed School Student ID to Local ID and Gender to SEX (prints Male/Female).

  • Added Suffix field.

  • Validated column lengths for all fields.
