DOE updates for Resident Town Geo Code

A new Resident Town Geo Code field (smart search) has been added to the Compliance > Enrollment and Current/Previous Enrollment pages, positioned after the Resident Town Code field.

All existing Resident Code values have been migrated to this field using the provided Resident Town and Geo Code crosswalk.

ME Student Enrollment Updates

Student’s Enrollment pages are updated to include

State Student ID field length increased from 9 to 10.
Added new field: Override School ID (4-digit numeric text field).
Renamed Fiscal Responsibility Codes to Residency Status.
In Enrollment History, the Exit Type Code updated to include value 23099 for enrollment changes related to FTE, Town, Residency, Grade, or Home Instruction.
FTPT field updated to include new value: 0 – 100% Educational time spent at school.
