Student Daily Attendance Report: New Option to Support Tardy Unexcused (DailyPctTimeDay)

Student Daily Attendance Report : Version - 2.5

We have introduced an enhancement to attendance reporting based on state guidelines. When a student receives a Present code but is present for less than half of the instructional day, they must be reported as either Excused Absent or Unexcused Absent.

With this update:

  • Admins can now specify whether the attendance code should be categorized as Excused Absent or Unexcused Absent.

  • Reports will accurately generate the selected category, ensuring compliance with state reporting requirements.
