Create a Student Program

The schools or districts can create student programs to ensure students can enroll in these programs as required.

Navigation: Start Page, [student selection], Career and Programs, ??

Steps to Create

1. Click New.

2. Under Setting, for the Program Name field, enter a name for the program.

3. Select the checkbox if the program qualifies as a special education program.

4. Select the checkbox to include the program in Quick Lookup.

5. Under Massachusetts State Information, for the Chapter 74 Program (Vocational) field, select Yes or No.

6. If Yes is selected for the previous field, enter the 6-digit program code for the State Designated CTE Program Participation. Click on Codes next to the field to view and select the required code. For a list of codes, refer to Chapter 74 Program Codes (Vocational).
