System Setup

The following data elements are required for system setup. The first two pages of navigation are removed for brevity: Start Page > System.

On the Start Page, click the School link at the top of the page. The school list appears.
Choose District Office from the pop-up menu. The district start page appears.
Click System under Setup. The System Administrator page appears.

System Administrator > Roles Administration > Co-Teaching Roles > New/Edit Co-Teaching Role
Reference Code	The reference code MUST be set to “MA” for any defined teaching role you want to be included in the Work Assignment Record Extract	[RoleProperty]PropValue	2	EPIMS Work Assignment Record (New)
Alt. Code 1	For the lead teacher role, set the reference code to 2305 which corresponds to the Lead Teacher Job Classification Code For a co-teacher role set the reference code to 2306 which corresponds to the Co-Teacher Job Classification Code For any other teaching role you want to appear in the Work Assignment Record Extract, set this code to the 4 digit Job Classification Code associated with the role.
