State Reporting 22.1.1.0 Release Notes

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report common PDF template is updated to correct various spelling errors and item label updates.

The common (across all states) CRDC 2020-2021 Report's school submission files will no longer insert an extra carriage return or add extra columns under certain data scenarios.

CRDC 2020-2021 Report: Sub-District Validation Improvement

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report is updated to display an informational message in the District (LEA) PDF file letting administrators know when required sub-district setup elements are missing.

The Civil Rights Data Collection Class Audit report will now return values for a count of students enrolled in the class as of the relevant snapshot date(s) for the report.

The Civil Rights Data Collection Class Audit report will now return values for Course Dual Enrollment Code, Course Distance Education flag, Section Dual Enrollment Code, Section Distance Education flag, Course DCID, Sections DCID, Sections Term ID, Terms FirstDay and Terms LastDay for each section, and a count of students enrolled in the class as of the relevant snapshot date(s) for the report.

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report is updated to count year-long Algebra I courses broken into trimester or quarter long segments (terms) in the Algebra I class counts. Prior to this change, the report was only considering year term courses and full year courses broken into two semester long sections.

The CRDC 2020-21 Report template Class Audit file (Teacher Number) column is updated to pull teacherNumber instead of ID.
