On the Incident Management page, the following Behavior codes have new subcodes to collect Perceived Religion under the Basis of Religion:

Bullying:

Physical Bullying
Cyber Bullying
Relational Bullying
verbal Bullying

Threat

Harassment: Individual
Harassment: Hate-Related
Harassment: Sexual

The sub-codes for Perceived Religion are:
