PSSR-281819All States/Provinces: New Office Visit Details Report

Office Visit Details: Version 1.0

A new Office Visit Details report is now available on the System Reports tab and can be run for a specific school and for a specific time frame based on user defined Start and End Date parameters.

The report can be run to include any (or all) of the various data groupings (listed below) within an Office Visit record.

Visit Details

This data grouping displays:

  •   Visit Reason
  •   Vital Signs
  •   Accident Info
  •   Assessment
  •   Outcome & Actions
  •  Change Reason

The report can also be configured to return Office Visit data by student or by date.

Note: At this time, the report will return the results in an HTML format but a PDF output option is being developed and will be released in a future release.

KIAS Discipline Data Collection Report: Version 1.3

The following modifications were made to accommodate the KIDS EOY DOE requirements:

Days of removal based on a Special Education Expedited Due Process Hearing Officer's determination that maintaining the child’s placement is substantially likely to cause injury to the child or others - is removed from the report output

4 new fields are added to the report output -

Days of In-School Suspension (ISS)
Days of Out-of-School Suspension (OSS)
Days of Expulsion
Educational Services during Expulsion

PSSR-216063KIAS Discipline Data Collection does not report incidents correctly under the Students Involved with Firearms section

KIAS Discipline Data Collection Report: Version 1.3

Report logic to extract DISCIPLINE_METHOD_IDEA and DISCIPLINE_METHOD_NON_IDEA are updated to be mutually exclusive, which means that when one field has a value, the other field must be blank and vice versa.

PSSR-291299New field to capture Foster Care status

A new data element was added to capture the foster care status of the student in the demographics tab.
